2 Fruut packages of 20g
225g cream cheese
65g powdered sugar
1 natural greek yogurt
ice cream bowls
Crush the slices of Fruut into pieces and set aside.
Add the strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar and the yogurt. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into the bowls of ice cream without filling them completely.
Distribute the bits of Fruut on the remaining space.
Save in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
2 cups (170g) oats
1/2 cup dried fruits
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2-3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees (Celsius).
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. The best way to do it is by hand: they will become dirty and sticky but that's where the fun part is. It is important that all is well mixed!
The, spread the mixture on a tray and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir the mixture halfway the process so it stays loose.
It's ready! Now you only need to join Fruut, give it a good stir and allow it to cool before storing in a jar... or instead... devour it!
